Printer’s Parts of Los Angeles and San Diego started out as a service organization in the 1960’s. Much of our business is still with independent small press service organizations. However, in 1975 we set up a rebuilding division in San Diego to overhaul and completely rebuild Chief printing presses in Southern California. The 70’s were a booming time period for both new and used offset press sales created by new print shops and a record number of new press installations to existing printers.
Approximately 23 years and nearly 2000 Chief presses later we are still in the parts and service business. Although there are other companies manufacturing and making many of these same replacement parts our success has been with providing original factory manufactured replacement parts – with factory quality control and warranties.
Printer’s Parts of Los Angeles and San Diego has grown and diversified within the printing industry. We now represent most manufacturers of aftermarket accessories, pressroom supplies and literally most graphic arts products – including parts, rollers, bindery supplies, pre-press, accessories and press-room supplies.
